We stand behind all our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to arrange for a return and refund. It’s that simple. Please note all products are sold for Research purposes only any return emails indicating that products were planned for human or animal consumption will not be responded to and void our return or refund policy.

Products Eligible for Refunds:

● Any product that has not been opened or used – NOT to include discontinued product

● A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials).

This guarantee applies for 30 days and begins from the day the tracking number confirms delivery. After 30 days, we cannot guarantee you a full refund or exchange – but will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

● All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved in advance – please do not ship us a return before you have been issued an RMA.

● We will provide you with a pre-paid label – we believe that customers should not have to pay to to get an exchange or refund.
